Thank you for visiting www.saintsossius.com (the “Website”), soon to be operated by Saint Sossius DAO LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company in formation (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This Return and Refund Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms under which returns and refunds may be requested for purchases made through the Website. By making a purchase, you agree to this Policy.


1. General Policy

At this time, the Website primarily serves as an informational hub for the Saint Sossius project and does not offer products or services for sale. Should we introduce purchases (e.g., digital goods, services, or contributions via Solana Pay), this Policy will apply to those transactions. All sales are final unless otherwise stated below or required by applicable law.


2. Digital Transactions (e.g., Solana Pay)


2.1 Nature of Blockchain TransactionsIf the Website facilitates payments or contributions using Solana Pay or other blockchain-based methods (e.g., USDC or STS tokens), these transactions are processed on the Solana blockchain. Due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions, refunds are not possible once a transaction is confirmed on the blockchain, except as outlined in Section 2.2.


2.2 Exceptions Refunds may be considered in the following cases:  

  • Technical Error: If a payment is made but not properly credited due to a verifiable error on our part (e.g., Website malfunction), we will investigate and, if confirmed, issue a refund in the original payment form (e.g., USDC) within 14 business days.  
  • Pre-Transaction Cancellation: If a purchase process allows cancellation before blockchain confirmation (e.g., during a checkout phase), you may request cancellation by contacting us immediately at [insert email, e.g., support@saintsossius.com].


No refunds will be issued for:  

  • Changes of mind after blockchain confirmation.  
  • Losses due to blockchain network issues, wallet errors, or user mistakes (e.g., sending funds to the wrong address).


3. Eligibility for Refunds 


To request a refund under an applicable exception:  

  • Contact us within 7 days of the transaction at [insert email, e.g., support@saintsossius.com].  
  • Provide your name, transaction details (e.g., Solscan transaction ID), and a description of the issue.
    We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the criteria in this Policy.


4. Processing Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval.  
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (e.g., your Solana wallet) unless otherwise agreed.  
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by blockchain network congestion or third-party services.


5. Non-Refundable Items 


The following are non-refundable:  

  • Contributions or donations to the Saint Sossius project (unless explicitly stated as refundable at the time of contribution).  
  • Digital goods or services delivered as described (e.g., access to exclusive content, once provided).  
  • Transactions completed on third-party platforms linked from the Website (e.g., PumpSwap), which are subject to those platforms’ policies.
